First Order Knowledge -
First Order Knowledge -

Second Order Knowledge -
- Shows that 70% of conviction have failed due to the fact that officials see that eyewitness is trusted and believed that it is very accurate to solve cases.
- DNA testing shows that it is more accurate than eyewitnesses and scores of sciencetifc studies have shown that as well. I believe this as well because everyone has their unique set of DNA.
- Eyewitnesses should be interviewed one at a time so they are not compared or feeling competitive and stressed which could lead to misidentification which could lead to the wrong people heading to prison, which has happened a lot.
Knowledge Question -
- Can a persons memory always be trusted? Should the authorities still trust eyewitnesses or switch to considering DNA testing so solve their crimes?
